About the Role:
SEN TA We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Year 2 class from January 2025, providing support to students with ASD and ADHD. You will work closely with the class teacher, offering tailored support and adapting materials to help students engage and reach their potential. Experience in SEN, strong pastoral care, and a creative approach to learning are key.

Application Requirements for an SEN TA:
• Experience supporting SEN children, particularly with ASD and ADHD
.• Strong communication and teamwork skills
.• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable attitude.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies.
• A passion for making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities: As an SEN TA you will:
• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons
.• Support students 1:1 and in small groups
.• Adapt materials to individual learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development.
• Foster inclusive learning and build strong relationships.
