SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Earl’s Court (SW5)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Start Date: ASAP
Temp – Perm position (12 working weeks)

The Role
As an ABA Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

· Delivering ABA-based interventions as part of a structured programme

· Implementing behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the Behaviour Analyst

· Collecting data on student progress and behaviours throughout sessions

· Supporting the development of functional communication and life skills

· Creating a positive and structured environment that promotes engagement and learning

· Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team

What We’re Looking For

· Experience working as an ABA Teaching Assistant or in a behaviour support role (preferred)

· A degree (or studying towards) in Psychology, Education, or a related field

· A strong understanding of autism and/or behavioural approaches

· Patience, consistency, and excellent communication skills

· A proactive, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with children with additional needs

· Commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries
