Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: East London

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a welcoming school in East London as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. While previous classroom experience is not required, a genuine passion for helping children and a willingness to learn is essential.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
- Assisting with personal care routines, such as toileting and feeding, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Working alongside teachers and SEN professionals to support learning and development.
- Building positive relationships with pupils to boost their confidence and engagement.
