Responsibilities:
Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students with special educational needs.
Assist in creating tailored educational plans and adapting materials to meet individual needs.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
Support classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and parents, to ensure comprehensive support for each child. Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role.
Understanding and knowledge of autism and complex needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Relevant qualifications in Special Education or a related field (preferred but not essential). Benefits:
