SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary: £85 – £100 Per day
Job Duties:
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs
Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with other staff members and parents to support student progress
Experience:
Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Experience supporting students with a range of SEN requirements
Additional training in specific areas of SEN support
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with SEN
Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures related to SEN education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
