Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Southwark
Salary: £90 to £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
Assist in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
Work with students with SEMH, ASD, and complex learning difficulties.
Help create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other staff members.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN is preferable.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and student welfare.
A positive, proactive, and patient attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
