The role – SEN Teaching Assistant
For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be working with KS4 students with social and emotional mental health and will need to build strong rapport with the students, you will be working closely with the students and must manage their behaviour. In this role you will need to meet each individuals needs and support them with their learning in a proactive and efficient learning environment. For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be working in and out of the classroom and will be supporting the class teacher.
