We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work at our Partnership SEN School in Wellingborough in January 2025!

Ideally you will have previous experience, however, applications from those with either personal experience or a passion to work with children with Special Educational Needs will also be considered.

Those with hobbies that include sports, forest school, outdoor learning and creative learning, please consider this role as your hobbies would make a valuable asset to the pupils and School.

The position is set to start in January. The school has dedicated play areas and classrooms that cater for all, including an outdoor play area that encourages physical activities, a forest school and excellent facilities.

Ideal candidates will:

Able to work full time during school hours (8:30 – 3:30)
A desire to support pupils with SEN, in particular those with SEMH
In your role you will be expected to actively contribute in class activities and provide 1:1 support when needed, as well as general support for both the pupils and the class teacher if they require it.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
