Full Time SEN Teaching Assistant – KS1 – Bexley
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a specialist SEN school.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide personalized support to children with SEN, promoting independence and confidence
– Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored education plans, addressing unique needs
– Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, promoting academic and personal growth
Essential Requirements:
– Proven experience working with children with SEN, including those with complex needs
– Knowledge of diverse learning styles and adaptability in teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
