Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, and behavioural difficulties across a range of schools in Exeter. We have a variety of full-time and part-time opportunities, including both temporary and permanent roles, to suit different schedules and availability.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children who have a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, Autism, and behavioural challenges. You’ll support students both in individual and small group settings, helping them engage with their learning and develop essential social and emotional skills. Your role will involve providing academic support, assisting with behaviour management, and helping students build confidence and self-regulation.
Your creativity and ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs will be key to ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive in an inclusive and positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
