Job Advert: SEND Administrator – Hayes

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive SEND Administrator to join our team at a school in Hayes. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SEN department.
Manage student records and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate effective communication between staff, parents, and external agencies.
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of safeguarding policies.
Support the overall smooth operation of the school’s SEND services.
Requirements:

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proven experience in administrative tasks, with an ability to handle sensitive data.
A strong commitment to supporting the educational needs of students with SEND.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
