We are looking for nurturing, resilient and highly motivated SEND Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful support team. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Bristol
Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Type of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, 1:1 care
Start Date: Immediate
Rate of pay : £95 – £110 p/d, subject to assignment
Hours: 08:30 – 16:00
EXPERIENCE
Desirable:
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
*Experience of working with various SEND conditions
*Experience of inclusive classroom practice
*Understanding how to fully support the teacher in the classroom
*Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
