Senior Administrator
Location: Falkirk

Are you a proactive and highly organised administrator ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established construction specialist who are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their regional team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and departments including Contracts, Estimating, Commercial, SHEQ, Marketing, HR and Training
Coordinate purchase orders for plant and materials and manage delivery note matching and invoice release
Investigate and resolve invoice queries with a solution-focused approach
Oversee the archiving of both paper and electronic contract documents
Maintain and manage the regional approved subcontractor database, ensuring all vetting and compliance requirements are up to date
Produce various reports, site files, COSHH assessments, and security clearances as needed
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for both staff and operatives
Liaise with Payroll and Accounts to provide accurate regional information
Manage vehicle hire processes and reporting for the accounts team
Offer holiday and sickness cover for other administrative team members
Contribute to health & safety, sustainability and social value goals by adhering to company procedures and promoting a safe workplace
Skills & Experience:

Significant experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the construction industry
Proven ability to support and help manage an administrative team
Strong organisational skills
Confident with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, word and excel.
