Required Qualifications
: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent, in line with SSSC guidelines)
Time Management & Organization
: Ability to prioritize effectively for yourself and the team
Problem Solving
: Quick thinking and practical skills to address various situations in a care home setting
Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written skills, particularly for detailed report writing
