About the Opportunity
An opportunity now exists for an experienced IP paralegal to work with and support the global IP team across a range of IP matters. You will play a key role in managing trade marks including filings, prosecutions, renewals and searches for a variety of brands globally. You will also be involved in design filings and renewals. You will support on IP settlement matters and assist the global IP team on supporting the brand portfolio.

About You
The team is busy and they are looking for an individual with solid and practical experience as an IP paralegal, either in-house or in private practice. Strong trade mark experience is key, with design experience also being useful. Experience working with global brands would also be welcome.
The opportunity will suit an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to excellence. An interest in retail and luxury brands and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are all essential.
