Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.
- Applying for jobs, and projects via jobserve, and Linkedin.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external contacts.
- Creating reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Prepare regular reports on project plans and status reports.
- Formulating spreadsheets and recording data.
- Managing multiple calendars.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Preparing agendas.
- Occasional Personal tasks.
- Invoice management
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Requirements:
- Certificate of higher education (Bachelors) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or demonstrate administrative experience.
- Experience within HR and Accounts management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal checks including enhanced DBS required.
