We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to supporting one of our prestigious clients within the Public Sector.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be handling your own queue of customer calls and tickets.
Skills-
1. Previous relevant work experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
2. Customer Service Techniques: Techniques for identifying, gathering, and validating customer needs in the delivery of IT services.
3. Teamwork: collaborating as part of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
