Service Support Administrator

Permanent – full time – Office based

Richmond – Free parking

Up to £28,000 plus company bonus

As Service Support Administrator you will be responsible for:

Maximising the conversion of the service division opportunities

There will be lots of customer liaison – you will be making outbound calls to convert quotations, re-engage existing customers for repeat business/services and to up sell brand new service plans

Managing all of the opportunities on the company system by way of updating, converting, archiving, as well as explaining the benefits and advantages of the service team

Scheduling engineers time plus rescheduling, where necessary

Ad-hoc admin tasks

The successful candidate for the role of Service Support Administrator will:

Have previous experience within a role that included lots of customer service and administration together with being organised, responsive, and comfortable managing day-to-day service desk operations in a fast paced environment

Have a high level of IT proficiency in MS Office

In return the Service Support Administrator will receive a basic salary up to £28,000 plus bonus, Incentive plan, Pension, Career progression.
