We’re expanding and need a Service Support Coordinator to help drive service excellence across our UK operations. You’ll earn a starting salary of £26,345 (with potential increase after 6-month probation), 24 days’ holiday, pension matched at 5%, free uniform, parking and refreshments – all within a stable, fast-paced environment in Liverpool.

About the Role

This is a brand-new opportunity created through growth. As a Service Support Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Field Service Engineer team. Acting as the key link between customers and engineers, you’ll log incoming jobs, allocate tasks, chase PO approvals, track job progress, and ensure our service team operates smoothly in a highly reactive and fast-paced environment.

You’ll use systems like Joblogic to maintain accurate job records, help ensure prompt invoicing, and keep both internal teams and customers up to date. Communication is crucial – you’ll be that calm, confident voice customers and engineers rely on.

You’ll Succeed If You Have:

  • Experience in a fast-moving service coordination, scheduling or planning role (engineering, energy, or construction sectors ideal)
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong customer service focus – whether you’re chasing a PO or updating on an engineer’s ETA
  • Confidence using job logging software and Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive and adaptable approach – this environment moves fast!
