We are now looking for a Sexual Health Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

The Role
As a Sexual Health Co-ordinator, you will deliver a comprehensive range of sexual health services across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Specifically, you will focus on developing innovative workshops, training sessions, testing and interactive activities, whilst working with partners and colleagues to promote sexual health, healthy relationships, community empowerment.
You will also play a key role in crafting and implementing the LGBT Foundations health community asset mapping strategy for Coventry and Warwickshire. This will involve creating meaningful activities that help individuals, and their communities determine, mobilise and develop their assets.
Additionally, you will:
– Recruit, train, and support individuals to become community assets
– Represent LGBT Foundations Sexual Health team at LGBTQ+ partnership and sexual health meetings
– Collect and analyse data using Salesforce to highlight needs and identify trends
– Produce high-quality reports for funders and management
– Create inclusive, reflective content that represents all LGBTQ+ communities
About You
To be considered as a Sexual Health Co-ordinator, you will need:
– Experience co-ordinating health or community-focused programmes
– Knowledge of LGBTQ+ health inequalities and needs
– Strong project management skills and the ability to work with diverse communities
– Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities
– Proficiency in data collection and reporting
– A commitment to inclusivity and equality
