Meraki Talent is working with an established Property client who are looking for a Site Maintenance Operative to support across three sites in the Northwest Area (Manchester, Liverpool etc.)This role would suit an experienced Maintenance/Facilities professional looking for a Monday-Friday role with flexible hours, a great culture, and long-standing team.Offering a salary of £27k + up to 10% bonus per annum (paid quarterly)Van, tools and uniform provided – driving license is essential. Site Maintenance Operative Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repairs on site including furniture etc.
- General decorating including painting and flooring
- Replacing lighting (not qualified level work)
- Maintain basic plumbing on site including installation / removal of fixtures and fittings
- Maintaining the landscape
- General cleaning and upkeep of office site
Person Specification:
- Full clean driving license
- Basic painting skills
- Basic plumbing skills (desirable)
- Professional appearance and manner
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible approach
