Night Site Manager
Mission Critical project – City of London
45 week freelance contract
Start 17th March

Specialist M&E Contractor, that provides services to the private, retail, public and commercial sectors, has been appointed as principal services contractor for a £1.5m mission critical fit-out project in the City of London.
The works (in a nutshell) comprise replacement of computer room cooling systems for the racks in the main hub, decommissioning units (big), strip down, get them out, oversee a lift and shift team to get them into position, new services and pipe them up.
This needs an absolutely reliable and experience Night Site Manager who has (ideally) mission critical experience, and a good understanding of M&E. The works will be programmed by a Project Manager, and the role would be No1 on site during the night shift making sure the work is completed, H&S is maintained and records are kept up to date. Corporate client, so must be client-facing.

Qualifications needed:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work

Anticipated Hours:
19:00 – 04:00
