A primary school in Windsor & Maidenhead is looking for a committed Specialist SEN Mentor to join their team immediately. This role involves working closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, providing both academic and emotional support. A degree in any discipline and excellent communication skills are highly desirable, and prior experience working with children-whether through tutoring, coaching, or youth work-is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist SEN Mentor, you will:
Support pupils with Autism and additional needs, enabling them to achieve their potential.
Assist in literacy and numeracy lessons, tailoring support to individual student needs.
Develop positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and confidence.
Collaborate with teachers to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Position Details
Role: SEN Specialist
Location: Windsor & Maidenhead
Pay Rate: £83 – £95 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Long-term temporary with potential for permanent opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
