Stock Administrator
Full Time – Permanent
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.15pm / Friday 1.00pm finish!
Basic Salary: £23,000.00 to £26,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is the world’s leading manufacturers of a wide range of parts for heating and melting equipment covering electrical, electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic components and have been Established for over 50 years. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking a highly dynamic Stock Administrator a Full Time Permanent basis and be a great addition to their Parts Sales Team.
As a Stock Administrator role:
You will deal with incoming customer enquiries via email and telephone and log details on internal system as a Stock Administrator
You will establish customer requests and requirements
Providing pricing information according to customer requirements as a Stock Administrator
Complete requisitions for purchase goods via electronic template
Update and process all orders via internal database as a Stock Administrator
Maintain stock levels as a Stock Administrator
Carry out other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Stock Administrator
Liaise with Internal departments and maintain relationships with a wider team.
Stock Administrator Candidate:
Highly IT Literate with exceptional communication skills
Great attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate at all levels including customers and suppliers internationally.
Good written and verbal communication skills
