Eden Scott is delighted to be retained by Ion Beam Services, to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Stores Person.

IBS was established in 1987 in Grasque, France and since that date, the company has been at the forefront of Ion Implantation. Our equipment and services are used in the global semiconductor, MEMS, Nano, LED and photovoltaic industries.

Based in Bathgate, the organisation offers range of products and services to suit the needs of our customer’s, Foundry Ion Implantation, Spares, Field Service Support, Assembly Repair, Electronic Repair, and Equipment Refurbishment.

As the Stores Person, responsibilities include making sure stock is kept up to date and is stored accurately. Dealing with customer enquiries and orders. Shipping customer orders. Supporting ongoing Engineering Projects to meet targets.

Main Duties:

• Keeping Stock up to date and maintain regular stock checks.
• Lifting heavy items.
• Unloading and receiving deliveries.
• Booking in deliveries.
• Deal with customer enquiries / Pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Support Engineers with parts required.
• Shipping customer orders both domestic and international.

Qualifications & Exprience :

• Good physical fitness.
• Ability to load goods safely.
• Good Computer skills is essential.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Sage would be helpful but not essential.
• Import/Export Knowledge is helpful but not essential.
• Knowledge of Kardex / Similar stores system management.
• Able to work as part of a team and support ongoing Engineering Projects.
• Driving License.
