Supermarket Assistant – Replenishment

This position is ADHOC 1 day a week possibly more, This position is for someone who is a Uni Student looking for a couple days off work a week.

Job Purpose

The Supermarket Assistant – Replenishment is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring optimal product availability and store standards. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

– Deliver exceptional customer service, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do.
– Maintain high standards of product display, availability, and cleanliness.
– Ensure compliance with Branch Operating Procedures and uphold all relevant due diligence.
– Continuously expand your knowledge of our brand, products, and Omani-channel services, sharing this information with customers when needed.

Partner Experience

– Contribute to the business’s success by staying current with your training and adhering to your live performance objectives, agreed upon with your line manager.
– Ensure familiarity with systems, procedures, and resources, utilising internal communication tools like the Partner intranet and Partner link Quick Train.
– Engage in the democratic processes of the Partnership by voicing opinions through your Partner Voice Representative.

Commercial Performance
– Maximise productivity in all tasks, meeting or exceeding expected performance standards.
– Actively contribute to improving the commercial performance of the store by offering ideas for operational enhancements.
– Understand and contribute to stock management, cash control, and adherence to legal processes.
– Complete all tasks assigned by the Floor Manager, ensuring high productivity and excellent service standards.
