As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store – leading by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and your team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running day-to-day operations

  • Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Help to motivate and guide the team to meet sales targets and deliver a great in-store experience

  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the store

  • Assist with stock control, visual merchandising, and maintaining high store standards

  • Be a product ambassador, offering expert advice and sharing your passion for the outdoors

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous retail experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder, or Senior Sales Assistant

  • A genuine interest in outdoor products and an active lifestyle

  • A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to leading a team

  • Confidence to deliver great service and support the wider management team

  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods
