Support Coordinator Exeter, DevonPart Time, Flexible Hours (15 per week)Salary £24,664 (pro rota) plus Brilliant Benefits including Health Cash Plan!Home, a place where you belong.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our newly formed, highly respected ETAAS team, helping customers rebuild their lives after street homelessness or housing breakdowns.Our specialist evening shifts focus on meaningful engagement. Could you help plan a quick, healthy meal as part of a one-to-one or group activity? Could you be there for someone who feels alone, offering reassurance that they are valued and supported?If you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!Typical day as a Supported Housing Co-ordinator

  • Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating a range of different services to support our customers within a multi agency approach.
  • Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
  • Attending regular case conference meetings ensuring the team is working collaboratively and utilising all additional support to give out customers the best chance of success.
  • Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
  • Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

  • Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
  • Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans.
  • Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
  • A highly organised and practical approach, to deal with housing management queries, personal needs and are confident to work with our contractors.
  • Experience in safeguarding, risk assessments and confidentiality, working collaboratively with your colleagues across the organisation, and external agencies.
