Full Time Support Practitioner Waken Night

We are looking for caring, supportive, adaptable, approachable, empathetic, fun and positive individuals to join our Glenrothes teams, specifically to work waken night shifts on a full time contract.

The shifts available start at 8pm and finish at 7am or 9pm to 8am. On a Rota basis

This role is to support a service which has complex needs such as epilepsy, learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

These roles can be physically demanding as you will be looking after individuals who will need full support with moving & handling, personal care, eating and drinking & taking medication. Night Duties include Cooking, Cleaning, ironing, laundry, and caring people during the night.

You do not need to have worked in care to apply as we will invest in your qualifications and provide full training through our award-winning learning & development team prior to starting. We have a detailed, thorough induction for all new staff.

All successful Support Practitioner applicants will be given a conditional offer- this is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and PVG:having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector.

All new staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of their start date.
