Support Team Leader – learning difficulties

Job title – Support Team Leader

Pay – starting £28,000

Hours – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Introduction

P4 Recruitment are please to be working with a client to recruit a Support Team Leader to work in a home with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical disabilities. Their ethos is enabling each resident to be the best they can be.

The role:

To help residents live as independently as possible

Develop skills and create activities to help them do this

Enable the service user to be the best they can be.

Responsibilities:

Be visible! Front line leadership is a must

Mentor and support all staff ensuring care is provided to the highest possible standard

Make sure the environment is risk managed and safeguarding is in place.

Act as an ambassador for the company

Requirement:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care

Must be a car driver and hold a UK driving license
