Location: Preston (PR1)
Salary: £14.50 – £14.75 per hour + £70 Sleep-In Rate + Benefits
Contract: 12-Week Temp to Perm

We are currently seeking Female Support Workers for a rewarding opportunity in Preston. This role involves working with children and individuals with mental health challenges, including self-harm.

Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you will be providing high-quality person-centred support to individuals with autism, ADHD, PTSD, and learning disabilities. Your focus will be on empowering individuals, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised care and emotional support
Assist with daily living activities, encouraging independence
Support individuals with mental health and neurodiverse needs
Create a positive and inclusive living environment
Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a care/support role (preferred)
✔ Qualifications: Level 2/3 Health & Social Care Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)
✔ Skills: Compassion, patience, resilience & strong communication
✔ Requirements: Driving licence (preferred)
