Description
We are looking to recruit Support Workers / Hostel workers who are passionate about providing adults in a residential setting, on behalf of The Langley Trust. If you are applying for Hstel Worker, you must have experience working within a hostel.
Location: Rocester, Kent
Details of the Role:
Contract type: Temporary, with full- time hours
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional care and support to residents.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.
Understand how to promote effective communication with residents.
Training Requirements:
All mandatory training
Hostel workers – must be able to demonstrate this experience within the CV
