JOB TITLE – Primary School Support Worker

ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for a talented Primary School Teacher with ASD Care experience for an Ofsted Excellent SEN Primary school in Chigwell, Epping
The School is an SEN School teaching Primary Aged students with Autism (ASD) of ranging learning ages.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
· Location – Chigwell, East London
· Position – Support Worker
· Type of work – 1:1 Support
· Contract or position start date – 18th November – ASAP
· Duration / Likely Duration – End of academic year, Permanent Contract available upon review
· Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temporary to Permanent
· Full time/part time – Full Time
· Minimum rate of pay – GBP 90 to GBP 110

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience of working with children / young people in Ofsted environment (important)
· Level 3 CYPW or above (essential)
· Enhanced DBS Check, and on the update service (essential)
· Smart and agile to handle the daily needs and activities of the young people.
· To act as a role model and guide for young people setting principles and examples
· To make use of regular professional supervision

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
