We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team working within a residential setting.

Colchester – Surrounding area’s
Responsibilities:
– Providing person-centres care and support to adults with disabilities
– Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration
– Facilitating social and recreational activities to promote independence and well-being
– Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
– PMVA Training certificate.
– Enhanced DBS.
– Compassionate and empathetic approach towards providing support.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
