Details:
Pay Rate: £11.44 – £12.50 per hour (based on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
PMVA Certification (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) required
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate approach with a commitment to patient care and safety
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout their rehabilitation
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively
Utilize PMVA techniques to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Record patient progress and report observations to the care team
