We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our ever-growing team, to support a lovely young gentleman / young man with a brain injury in Leicester (LE2). The client is full of energy and no 2 days are the same! If youre spontaneous, reliable and have a great sense of humour this is the role for you.
Working in this welcoming, supportive and friendly environment you will be providing assistance with everyday living tasks and ensuring he is involved with day to day activities to empower him to live his life to the fullest, as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring changes in behaviour. Our client is very active. He loves going to the gym, going for walks, going to the driving range and loves to be outdoors. He loves football and is an avid Arsenal Fan, he likes to talk about football and plays FIFA on his PlayStation. Full support and training will be provided.
