About the role:

Our support workers at Wellburn are the backbone of what we do. They provide top quality care to our residents. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, lovely people who will go the extra mile for our residents.

The Support Worker role is not always glamourous, but its one of the most important, rewarding jobs out there. Our Support Worker always have the residents health and wellbeing in mind by assisting with daily tasks such as with meals, personal care, providing one-to-one support and encouraging independence. Being kind and caring is key the Support Worker role, and with great training opportunities and career progression, theres no better time to apply.
