As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of our team with a friendly, calm and compassionate approach. You will provide support and enable our clients to fulfil their ambitions and potential.Together we will ensure we make a positive difference in our clients lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities
  • Work flexibly on a rota including some weekends and evenings
  • Work alongside our clients assisting with budgeting monies and assist with household bills
  • Administration of prescribed Medication
  • In some cases,assist withmeal preparation
  • Assist with all daily living tasks
  • Access activities within the Local Community
  • Provide a Person Centred approach following detailed Care Plans
  • Previous experience in a similar roleis preferred but not essential
