Support Worker required

Fens Healthcare and Recruitment Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced support worker.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsibilites will include supporting the service users with their daily living activities by providing a person-centred approach. Other tasks will include accompanying people within the community, support with meals preparation, medications, cleaning and any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Experience and qualifications

The role requires someone who is a good listener and has the ability to communicate effectively. The right candidate should always be willing to go the ‘extra mile’ in order to provide an excellent level of support. We are also seeking someone who is reliable, punctual and empathetic.

A good level of written and spoken English is required as well as a minimum of 1 year working experience within a care setting environment.
