Our client is currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting young adults with day-to-day living, encouraging independence and life skills.

Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Assisting with personal care, medication, appointments, and community activities.

Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for service users.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in a care or support worker role.

*

A genuine passion for helping others and a person-centred approach.

*

Reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

*

Full-time availability, including flexibility to cover sleep-in shifts (£50 per night).

A desire to grow and develop within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
