Adept Resourcing is proud to partner with an award-winning technology company in Doncaster, as they seek a Systems Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, adaptable individual with a strong administrative background to support multiple business functions, contributing to the overall smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Coordination: Manage and optimise the use of multiple systems across the business, ensuring smooth operation and providing training as needed.
Administrative Support: Handle a variety of tasks including front desk management, travel arrangements, calendar coordination, document organisation, and office supply management.
Data Management: Use Excel to export, analyse, and present data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Internal & External Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring all administrative tasks and inquiries are addressed efficiently.
Presentations & Reports: Create professional reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate data and operational updates to teams and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in an administrator, coordinator or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Solid understanding of systems and their applications in business operations
Adaptable and proactive with a keen eye for detail

This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm schedule, with a Friday finish at 4:30pm.
