We are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work at our partnership schools in Cambridgeshire. This exciting opportunity offers flexibility, encompassing both day-to-day and long-term positions and potential temporary to permanent roles within primary schools.

We have full-time and part-time positions available for September.

About the role

To assist the teacher in the provision of a full range of stimulating activities for children in a class and/or group.

To prepare classrooms for lessons, including setting out and tidying away equipment and materials required in the programme at the beginning and end of each day, where applicable

To supervise at break and lunch times under a designated role to ensure a happy playtime.

To support children in learning through play by observing, interacting and playing alongside them.
Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary School Teaching Assistant you will:

Adaptability to work in day-to-day supply or commit to long-term positions.
Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
Previous experience within a Primary School OR relevant Teaching Assistant course

Salary & Hours

Between £85 – £100 per day / £450 £500 / £1800 – £2000 per month

Hours are 8:30-3:30pm (you will be compensated for anything outside of these hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
