Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work across Andover in mainstream and SEN schools. Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to start a career in education, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
* Provide classroom support to teachers and students
* Assist students with their learning, including those with additional needs
* Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Work one-to-one or in small groups to support student progress
About You:
* Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about education
* Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
* A background in childcare, youth work, or coaching is beneficial
* Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
