Role: Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School
Location: Wrexham
Pay: Up to £83.33 a day
Hours: Full or Part time
Essential: DBS and EWC

Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting a Secondary Teaching Assistant to make a positive impact in one of our Secondary schools in Wrexham.
The role includes:
1:1 and small group support to an identified group of students, delivering engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting.
Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.Requirements:
Experience working in schools or a similar educational environment – essential
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people including those with special needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment
Hold an enhanced DBS and EWC
