About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support to teachers and students, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your role will involve working closely with teachers to support lesson delivery, assisting students with their learning, and fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help.
*
Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
*
Help prepare learning materials and resources.
*
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable.
*
Foster a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
*
Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
*
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for education.
*
Teaching Assistant Qualification, preffered.
*
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
