Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Barking and Dagenham, RM10 | Pay: £94 – £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Barking and Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners and contribute to their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Support pupils individually and in small groups, ensuring all students receive the help they need.
Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
Prepare and organise classroom resources to create a stimulating learning environment.
Ensure the safety of pupils during lessons, breaks, and activities.
Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff to support pupil progress.Qualifications:
Experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
