We are working with an inclusive school in Tamworth who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from March 2025.

This rewarding role involves supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them build confidence and develop key skills in a nurturing environment.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support students with SEN to enhance their learning experience.

* Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive classroom.

* Adapt learning strategies to meet individual student needs.

* Build strong, positive relationships with students, acting as a role model.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
