We’re looking for passionate Teaching Assistants for SEN-focused placements – including short-term, long-term, part-time, and full-time roles – for a range of upcoming opportunities across primary and secondary schools in the Redditch area.
These roles could involve working in mainstream classrooms, providing 1:1 support, or supporting pupils within Specialist Resource Provisions (SRPs).
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be matched to roles that suit your experience and preferences. In each role, you’ll support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other SEND, helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered to access learning.
✅ We’re Looking For
* A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification, or other relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or CACHE Level 3
* Previous experience supporting children with SEND (essential)
* A calm, flexible, and positive approach
* Confidence in supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within specialist settings
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A genuine commitment to inclusion and helping every child thrive
