Full-Time Teaching Assistant Position Available
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £90 – £100 per day
Tradewind is proud to partner with a college in Hounslow to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students, particularly those navigating behavioural challenges, to achieve their full potential.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide focused support to students with behavioural needs.
Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with teachers to implement behaviour management strategies.
Support the educational and emotional development of individual learners.
Requirements:
Experience working with students who face behavioural challenges.
Strong classroom management skills.
Positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to helping students succeed.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience with secondary school students.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
Professional references.
Position Details:
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: Until approximately April 2025, with a strong possibility of extension.
