We are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
✅ Assist students with their learning, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
✅ Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional help.
✅ Help with classroom organisation, resources, and activity planning.
✅ Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development.
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
What We’re Looking For:
âœ”ï¸ A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
âœ”ï¸ Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
âœ”ï¸ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
âœ”ï¸ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
âœ”ï¸ Knowledge of safeguarding and child development.
âœ”ï¸ Experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential)
